Who are you?
Davies Computer Services was founded in 2005. The goal of our company has been to provide professional IT support and services to residential and small business clients in South Wales. If you don’t have a dedicated support department or enjoy using your computer but don’t understand the workings we can help.
What do you do?
We create, administer and maintain business computer systems on a fixed fee and subscription basis. If you need help with servers, MS exchange, remote access, email configuration, back office collaboration, we can help. All of our packages include free telephone and email support with same day response.
Our company also offers residential clients computer repair, virus and spyware removal, advice, on-site visits, broadband internet setup, wireless network configuration and system optimisation for those slightly older machines that could use a tune up.
Where are you?
We operate throughout South Wales and are based just outside Cardiff. Our offices can be found in Miskin, Pontyclun near Llantrisant.
When do you operate?
Our office is open throughout the week 9-6 for business clients. Our residential services extend into the evening for convenient home visits until 8pm.
Why Davies computer services?
We have a strong technical background in IT support and customer care and have worked for business clients as large as the European Space Agency and as small as a local swimming club. Our company also has a large residential customer base who we deal with on a one to one basis seven days a week for computer repair / upgrades and advice.
Our main focus is customer satisfaction with the goal of producing relationships with our clients that endure. We have a high customer retention rate and have developed close working relationships with all of our clients since the company was founded. We are still in touch with and providing assistance to our very first client!
Over the past 4 years we have been able to service most requests for support on the same or next day, we pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to your needs. If this involves working through the night to ensure a critical system is up and running, no problem.
