Our business began by helping local people get their machines up and running or recover information that they thought had been lost. Since 2005, we’ve grown enough to be able to offer our residential clients an unparalleled service.
Our residential service pricing beats the big players hands down and throws personalised service and fully insured and guaranteed work coupled with a fast turnaround into the deal.
We provide a telephone support service for our residential customers that is free of charge. If we can help you over the phone, we will! If not, we’ll come out and get it sorted for you as soon as possible. Callouts are usually the same or next day or if that’s not convenient, whenever it fits in with your schedule. We’re available 9am – 8pm every day.
Our pricing is time based:
- £30 per hour, the first hour is compulsory.*
- £15 per half hour thereafter.
* Callouts for locations more than 3 miles from our office incur a callout fee of £15. This can be avoided by purchasing a basic residential IT support package from us for £35 per year**. For customers within a ten mile radius of our offices. This covers unlimited callouts, so anymore than two callouts in a year and this is a cost effective way to manage your computer support.
** Other residential support packages are available. If you need a little more than simple computer assistance, just let us know and we’ll create the perfect plan to save money when compared to ad-hoc visits.
Typically most onsite issues can be handled within one hour, meaning a total cost of £45. If your machine requires a full optimisation and virus removal we have a one off package cost of £75. This will rejuvenate your computer and keep all your files and personal information intact. Our optimisation package makes your computer run faster, consume less resources and feel like a ne. If your computer does everything you need it to, but you’re finding it slow and think it’s time for a replacement, give us a call. It could be that all it needs is a professional optimisation. We’ll come to you, pick the machine up and we can usually return it within 24 hours.
